An Adventure To Reading

I'm guessing this is my excited festival face? I really don't know.

Hello everyone! Just a short and boring post from me today, as whilst you're all reading this I'm actually going to be at Reading Festival! Hey, I'm blogging but I'm not! This scheduling posts thing is clever stuff!
So easily amused.

My brilliant festival wellies, still muddy from last year. Yummy.

Anyway, I've ventured off to Reading Fest, which is a rock, alternative and dance music festival here in the UK. It is literally one of my favourite places to be in the world. I've been for three years in a row and have no intention of ever not going! Apologies if my blog goes quiet for a few days, I'll just be recovering from an extremely mental weekend.

Okay so I see I've reverted to waving the wellies around in the air like an idiot. They'll be on my feet by the time you read this, I promise.

This year's lineup includes Green Day, Biffy Clyro, Foals, Alt-J, Hadouken, Crystal Fighters AND Enter Shikari but to name a few, and I could not be more excited! A lot of people underestimate me and my music taste, and are usually very surprised when they find out I'm a rock/metal music girl. But alas, I love it!

Fitting a weekend's worth of stuff into ONE bag and keeping it light enough to carry proved a hard task.

I also apologise for the picture spam, I got really very excited pre-Reading travel and thought I'd like to share that excitement with you all! Reading is one of my most favourite places in the world to be, I look forward to it every year and it's probably the thing I get most excited about! The atmosphere there is always second to none and the live music is always incredible.

I know this has been a rather short and pointless post but hey, something's better than nothing! Have you ever been to a music festival, or even Reading? Do you plan on going to one in the future? What music are you a fan of? Let me know and I shall see all of your lovely faces when I return, very muddy and tired!
