I personally love filling out posts like this, it lets you guys get to know me in cute little 'chunks' if you will, rather than me writing out a super duper long 'get to know me' post! So, without further ado, here's 7 facts about me:
1. I am a massive dog-lover. I've grown up with dogs all my life and I used to be petrified of them, but now I will happily roll around on the floor with any dog, big or small, for hours and hours on end.
2. I have had a blonde streak down the right side of my hair since late 2008, and have never known anyone else to have the same. When Frozen came out and I saw that Anna had the same blonde streak on the same side of her head as me I freaked out a little. I am a Disney Princess.
3. I have a bit of an obsession with LUSH at the moment. I have a huge bag full of bubble bars, soaps and bath bombs left from Christmas, yet I still felt the need to go into the store and buy loads more from their Easter range (which you'll see in my upcoming Westfield Haul *hint hint* hehehe). I have a problem.
4. I play guitar and sing a little, I've only ever done one gig of my own but I'm far far too anxious now to ever perform in front of anyone other than my dad!
5. I have massive dreams for my future and I'm currently doing everything in my power to make them come true. Whether they will or not is another story, but hey, I'm keeping my hopes up high.
6. I'm a nightmare when it comes to fashion. One day I'm all 'I want to wear pretty dresses and flower crowns and be cute', the next day I'm like 'yay let's wear band shirts and skinny jeans and dress like a maaaaaaan'.
7. Secondary school was hands down the worst experience of my life. I hated the place, it seemed like it hated me back and towards the end of my last year I realised I had fake friends to go with it. I thought all was lost, but I have honestly met the best friends I've ever had over my two years in college and we're so close it's unreal.

I don't actually follow that many blogs at the moment, so it's quite hard to choose up to 15 people to nominate, so here's my best pick of the bunch!

Thankyou again to Bethany for nominating me!

Tanya Burr's Afternoon Tea

A spontaneous trip over to Feel Unique to do some 'window shopping' quickly turned into me adding all sorts to my basket, including this Tanya Burr lipgloss in Afternoon Tea. They had 25% off of all Tanya Burr products for a limited time, so naturally I had to take advantage of it, even if it was in the middle of a spending ban...

I'd heard a lot of good things about these lip glosses, and originally planned to pick one up when I went to Westfield this coming Saturday, but the 25% off lured me in and I ended up purchasing one sooner than expected. I chose the shade 'Afternoon Tea' mainly because I saw Zoe wearing it in this video and thought it looked so so pretty before I even knew it was a Tanya Burr lippy!

I love the packaging because even though it's plastic it doesn't feel 'plasticy' as it's thick rather than thin and flimsy. I also adore the little Tanya Burr logo with the heart, it just makes the bottle a whole lot cuter.

The applicator isn't what I'd describe as a 'doe foot', although it's along those sort of lines. It's flat and really packs on a lot of product, and despite it's 'flatness' it glides along the lips so nicely and disperses the colour really evenly.

And as for the formula itself? It's lovely. I'm not particularly a fan of lip glosses and will usually go for a lipstick over a gloss because of the texture and staying power, but this challenged my old ways and has since replaced my lipstick in my everyday makeup bag. It's sticky enough that it'll last a considerable amount of time, but not too sticky that everything that touches it will be glued there forever i.e. hair. The pigmentation and colour payoff is second to none and despite being a gloss, it doesn't need a base colour underneath. Oh, and did I mention it smells and tastes like vanilla? Yummy.

I'm so glad I took the plunge and decided to go for this gloss, I definitely wasn't disappointed.
