Moving Out For The First Time & Why I Will Never Be A Vlogger

As I'm typing up this post, I'm sat in my own little bedroom, with an overload of copper decor and accessories, whilst my boyfriend is playing his PS4 in the lounge maybe a bit too loudly. And it feels gooooood.

I'll be the first to tell you that being in a long distance relationship is difficult. It really does make you appreciate the other person when you finally do get to see them, but I won't lie and say that it's not hard work, because it is. And it's a position I never thought I would be in. At the start of this month, I made the decision to be an independent, grown-up woman (for all of 5 seconds before I ended up cracking fart jokes etc etc) and moved out of my dad's home, almost 200 miles away from the tiny town I had lived all my life. And just like that, the long distance relationship was no more, and we had moved in to our first place together.

Aside from the dramas of actually moving, vlogging is something that I really, really want to be good at. But apparently it's something that I'm not fated to do. Seeing as I have my own little YouTube channel now, I had a brainwave that I'd like to try and introduce more vlog-style content - and I'd try to vlog the whole moving process over a few days...

I failed miserably.

Alas, I thought I'd edit it all together anyway for those of you who would like to know how NOT to vlog, it seems that I'm your gal...
I'd love to at some point make a sit down video (because apparently I find that much easier than actually remembering to periodically pick up a camera) where I talk more about my moving out experience and how I dealt with the whole process - especially since my worsening anxiety really tested my coping skills. Yay for my crap brain!

For now, feel free to head on over to my channel and take a gander at my failed vlog attempt - whether you enjoy vlogs or just need something horrendous to laugh at, I've got you covered.
